For Australian Families

In the current economy, it is quite common that both parents work. Whether you work part time, full time or are a stay at home mum the challenges of handling busy schedules with kids drop offs and pick ups, various after school and weekend activities, homework time, cooking, cleaning, etc. are similar. Also with raising costs of child care and government rebates becoming income tested, it is worth looking at alternative options for child minding. If you have a spare room in the house, hosting an Au Pair is one of them.

There are various flexible options which you can consider depending on your needs: live in or live out Au Pair, demi pair or nanny. As part of our service, we would work with you to understand what your needs and preferences are and match the Au Pair based on your requirements.

We also help families find full time or part time Nannies and Demi Pairs. So whatever your requirements and needs are, we are here to help.

What you can expect from us:

We will make time to meet you and your family in person or by video conference

We will then arrange a call or a meeting between you and Au Pair so that you have an opportunity to speak with the Au pair

We will  work with the Au Pair to ensure that she has or has applied for an Australian visa with correct work rights

We will not ask you to complete lengthy questionnaires as we prefer to ask questions when we have a chance to speak with you

Prior to presenting an Au Pair to you, we will interview an Au Pair and run reference and background checks to ensure that your little ones are in safe hands.

We will check in with you following placement of the Au Pair with your family to ensure all is progressing well

Based on your needs and preferences, we will present you with Au Pairs who match your criteria

Based on our findings, we will be able to provide you with a detailed profile for the Au Pairs that we selected for you

We will provide you with some useful tips on hosting an Au Pair based on our experience
